Glorilla Diss Track: From Roast Queen to Self-Sabotage

Glorilla diss track, Young Thug leaked calls, and Mariah the Scientist drama—welcome back to the circus, ladies and gentlemen. Just when we thought the Young Thug Gossip Era was wrapping up like the season finale of a messy reality show, Glorilla came swinging with bars so sharp they could cut through lace front glue. The “Man Watch Out” saga was supposed to be over since no more leaked calls were dropping, but sis wasn’t about to let Young Thug and Mariah the Scientist clown her looks in peace.

After hearing Thug’s jailhouse roast session (with Mariah giggling like the background laugh track from Family Guy), Glorilla hit the studio and let loose. She called Thug everything from a mosquito to a freaky frog, and even threw in JoAnna Man for spice. But then she turned the mic into a flame-thrower and torched herself in the process by going heavy on his complexion. Bars like “back of a burnt-up piece looking boy” had fans clutching their pearls and typing think pieces faster than Nicki’s Barbz after a Twitter war. One viral tweet basically said, “Girl, you had a buffet of insults and you chose nightshade? Do better.”

Mariah the Scientist Drama Gets Messier

And she didn’t stop at Thug. Oh no, she dragged Mariah the Scientist too—nicknaming her “Tweety Bird” and “sexy Winnie the Pooh.” Honestly, the randomness of it all had me choking on my iced coffee. She even mocked Mariah’s gorgeous track Burning Blue, which should honestly be punishable by law because that song is immaculate. Poor Miss Neta also caught a stray, and instead of ducking, she stood up waving like she just won a BET Lifetime Achievement Award: “I’m worldwide now!” Sweetie… no, Glorilla was not giving you free PR.

And then there was the Rihanna comparison. Yes, Glorilla claimed people said she looked like RiRi. The entire internet collectively raised one eyebrow and hit her with the Tyra Banks “we were rooting for you” meme. Some delusions are best kept in the group chat.

Young Thug Leaked Calls & Industry Karma

Now here’s the gag: Glorilla had every right to clap back. Young Thug came at her looks unprovoked, like a bored uncle on FaceTime. But instead of staying in roast queen mode, she dipped into colorist territory, and that’s where she lost folks. There are literally 500,000 other ways to call someone ugly without reinforcing tired, harmful stereotypes about dark-skinned people. By making “burnt” and “dirt” her punchlines, she ended up looking like the villain in her own diss.

Meanwhile, Young Thug is catching his own karma buffet. Those leaked calls exposed him talking sideways about Drake, Future, Lil Baby, and 21 Savage. Now he’s on an apology world tour, leaving voicemails like an ex who suddenly found Jesus. Remember how he dog-walked Gunna for being a “snitch”? Yeah, now the industry is looking at him like, “And you thought you were different?”

When Roasts Go Wrong

At this point, both Glorilla and Young Thug are trending for all the wrong reasons. Honestly, Thugger should take notes from Gunna: hit the gym, drink water, slap on some moisturizer, maybe grow a beard, and come back looking like a snack instead of a stressed-out mosquito. As for Glorilla—sis needs to stick to roasting like a comedian at a barbecue and leave people’s skin tones out of it. Otherwise, she’s just cooking herself.
