So, this one is really interesting, because it kind of came out of nowhere. We’re talking about a lawsuit. I mean, we love a good lawsuit, don’t get me wrong, but this one definitely piqued my interest.
Beyonce and Jay-Z are suing Rihanna and App Rocky, you would never expect that, honestly, especially I mean, they’re all, you know, pretty friendly. I mean, we’ve seen them on vacation together.
And, But then, you know, professionally too because Rihanna is signed to Rock Nation, JC’s label. So, it’s not like it’s not your typical Nicki Minaj Cardi B kind of thing. It’s way more complicated than that.
And on top of all of that, the legal documents, they’re filed under seal. So, we have no idea what’s going on. All we know is who’s involved and that the court date is March 8th.
It’s a total mystery.
What do you think could be happening? The internet is saying all kinds of things, there are some rumors that it might have to do with labor laws…Labor laws. But who knows? I mean we can’t know for sure without being able to see the document, the actual document.
It really does make you think though about these relationships with people that you’re friends with and then you’re also in business with, especially when things go sour. It’s not always sunshine and roses, I guess, even in the land of celebrities.
Well, and speaking of navigating the public eye, Let’s talk about Sky Jackson. She recently made her first red-carpet appearance since having her baby, her son. And uh people had a lot to say about her outfit choice.
The fashion police were out in full force. They were like, “She’s not dressed stylishly and she’s trying to look older than she is.”It was a little much, honestly.
I kind of feel bad for her. Like, she’s a new mom. She probably has other things on her mind, like taking care of a newborn, right? and recovering from, you know, just giving birth.
Who has time to worry about what everyone on the internet thinks about their outfit, it should be about being comfortable. And it just made me think of this YouTuber I follow who was showing how she was packing her hospital bag. And she was like so funny and relatable and she was like stressing about overpacking and forgetting things.
Packing that hospital bag, it’s like a universal experience. It really is…Like whether you’re a celebrity or not, everyone goes through it. You’re bringing a new life into the world. It’s a big deal. She was like so worried about forgetting her phone charger.
Can you imagine being about to give birth and your biggest concern is a dead phone, I mean, I get it, You want to be able to take pictures and stuff. But it’s still funny to think about, It really is. I guess it shows how much we all rely on our phones these days.
Even in the biggest moments of our life. I mean, those first baby pictures, they’re going straight to Instagram.
It’s just so funny how celebrities really are just like us. they have the same worries and anxieties as everyone else. Well, not all the same worries, but you know what I mean.
Anyway, back to this YouTuber. She was all about comfort when it came to her hospital bag outfit. She wanted stretchy clothes. loose- fitting pajamas…anything with an elastic waistband, pretty much. And she was a big fan of brands like Fashion Nova and Skiims, which you know are known for their comfort.
But it was her packing process that was really funny. She was so meticulous, she had everything planned out, literally everything. Toiletries, slippers, snacks. She even had a separate bag for her going home outfit.
So, do you get it? The point is, even with all this meticulous planning, guess what? She was most afraid of forgetting her phone charger, she was like terrified of having a dead phone in the hospital.
It’s not always about the glam and the award shows. Sometimes it’s about those little moments that show that celebrities really are just like us. It’s about finding those human connections even in the seemingly extraordinary lives of celebrities.
And if you’re loving this behind-the-scenes look at celebrity life, be sure to stay tuned. We have even more coming up right after this. I mean, it’s so true though. Like, you see these celebrities and think they have it all figured out,
But then you realize they’re just human like the rest of us, and speaking of being human, remember when we were talking about Sky Jackson and the whole online debate about her postpartum style?
People were pretty harsh. This YouTuber I mentioned, the one with the hospital bag. She actually talked about that kind of pressure in her video. She was saying how she felt all this pressure to like snap back after giving birth…Oh, I hate that term. It’s so unrealistic.
She was saying how she was planning to wear comfortable, stretchy clothes for like the first few weeks after the baby was born. You just had a human being. It takes time to recover, she was like, I’m not even going to try to fit into my old jeans right away.
It’s so refreshing to hear someone just be honest. about it, and it made me think, you know, it’s not just about postpartum recovery. It’s about giving yourself permission to be authentic. Embrace your own timeline, who cares if you don’t fit into those skinny jeans right away.
There’s so much pressure to conform to these like idealized images and they’re totally unrealistic for most people. It’s important to celebrate individuality and recognize that everyone’s journey is different.
And speaking of individuality, this YouTuber’s hospital bag was like a testament to personal preferences.
She had everything, she was definitely overprepared. Well, you never know what you might need, right? She had separate pouches for everything like toiletries, makeup, hair products, snacks, electronics. It was insane.
She was like setting up camp, it was crazy, super organized, everything had its place. It’s important to remember that every woman’s recovery is different, and there’s no right or wrong way to do it. If you want to wear a cute outfit, great. But if you’d rather be comfortable in sweats, that’s totally fine, too. It’s about what makes you feel good and what allows you to focus on healing and bonding with your baby.
You know, it’s funny how these two stories, the Beyonce Jay-Z lawsuit and the YouTubers Havittle bag, they seem so different, right? Totally different worlds.
But they both kind of touch on this idea of image, how we present ourselves to the world. Beyonce and Jay-Z, they’re all about control,Totally. They’re so private and this lawsuit with everything being sealed, it’s like a peak behind the curtain.
It makes you wonder how much of what we see online is actually real, and I think it’s something we all struggle with, like on social media we’re all trying to present the best version of ourselves and it’s hard to know where to draw the line between being authentic and protecting your privacy.
It’s a tricky balance for sure. And with this whole hospital bag trend, it’s like you’re seeing this really personal experience, it’s about getting ready for a huge life change, but it’s also being filtered through this lens of social media.
Everything has to be documented and shared. It makes you think about how technology has changed the way we experience things, even the most intimate moments like giving birth.
And remember how the YouTuber was freaking out about forgetting her phone charger? That’s classic. It’s like your phone is more important than anything else. It’s kind of sad, but also kind of funny, I mean, we’re all so attached to our phones these days. They’re like an extension of ourselves.
